We are a privately held startup enterprise registered in Louisiana. Our business model is to generate long term, sustainable income growth via federal alternate-use easements on existing Offshore Continental Shelf leases. Revenues are generated from multiple product lines including lease operator support services, live ornamental fish and marine invertebrate sales, bio-active compound collection, and natural reef restoration. Our differentiation is a net positive environmental impact, lower fish mortality, faster delivery to consumers, blockchain certification of source, absorption of a cyclical local offshore workforce and accretive GDP from OCS leases.
